You might be surprised that a professional home stager considers a wide variety of market factors before they ever enter your home. These things include competition, demographics, and how your house will be marketed. Much more goes into staging than decorating.

In today’s market where a home barely makes it to the MLS and often buyers are buying sight-unseen, you can argue that staging isn’t needed. With that logic home owners might argue the Realtor are not needed either. Got your attention there, didn’t I? We all know that’s a lie.

Using free staging is like if a bride volunteers to go to a beauty school for a free new look the day before she is the center of attention and will have hundreds of photos taken of her. Most brides would not be willing to do that, so why would you be willing to put the presentation of your biggest assets in the hands of a free or bargain stager? Treat your most valuable asset with as much care as you would anything else.
